Hi, I'm Anecia Reed, owner and founder of Events By Neci, a Kansas City-based balloon and event decor business built on one simple belief: every celebration deserves to feel special, no matter the size or budget.

I started Events By Neci with a passion for creating beautiful spaces that bring people together.

From custom balloon garlands and arches to backdrops, centerpieces, and decor rentals, I design and set up every detail so you can focus on your guests instead of your decorations.

I create decor for events as small as a birthday party to as large as a business grand opening.  Every event gets the same care and dedication.

Based in the Kansas City area, I'm here to turn your vision into something unforgettable.

Let's create something beautiful together.
